Effective 15 September 2026. Pro-K-Logic is a product of KleerForm Corp, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what the service collects, why, where it is kept, and what the people it describes can do about it.
Pro-K-Logic is sold to businesses — carriers, fabricators, contractors and project owners. That creates two distinct roles, and which one applies changes who is answerable for what.
For our customers’ data, we are a service provider. When a transport company uses Pro-K-Logic to track its loads, that company decides what is collected and why. It is the organisation accountable under privacy law; we process the information on its instructions, under a written agreement, and for no other purpose.
For our own business contacts, we are the organisation. If you email us or enquire about the product, we hold that information ourselves and this policy governs it directly.
If you are a driver or a site contact and want to know why your employer uses this service or to make a request about your information, ask your employer first. We will help them respond, and section 8 explains how to reach us directly if that goes nowhere.

Drivers use their own phones. A personal phone goes home at the end of the day, which makes it meaningfully different from a tracking unit bolted into a company truck, and the service is built around that difference rather than around it.
The database and uploaded documents are hosted in Canada, in the Montreal region of our hosting provider. Some providers we rely on are based outside Canada, which means information may be accessible from, or pass through, another country — most often the United States — and may be subject to the laws there.

Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service to us. Customers can request our written policy on foreign service providers, and the contact who can answer questions about it, using the address in section 8.
The service sends operational messages only: a sign-in code, a load marked ready, a delivery approaching, a delivery arrived. It does not send marketing.
SMS is never on by default. A recipient must choose it in their notification preferences and enter their own mobile number. They can switch it off on the same screen, or reply STOP to any message to stop immediately. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of when each person chose their notification settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information is held about you, to get a copy, to have mistakes corrected, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a regulator. In Canada that regulator is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner; in Alberta, the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

We answer access requests within thirty days, or tell you why we need longer.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by project and by role, enforced in the database itself rather than only in the interface — so, for example, a driver carrying a load can see what they need to deliver it and cannot reach the bill of materials or the customer’s documents. Custody records cannot be edited or deleted; a correction is a new entry that points at the one it replaces. If a breach occurs that creates a real risk of significant harm, we notify affected customers without unreasonable delay and support the reporting they are required to make.
Pro-K-Logic is a workplace tool, is not directed at children, and is not for use by anyone under eighteen.
If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify customers before it takes effect.
