SMS opt-in: Pro-K-Logic delivery alerts
This page describes how a person agrees to receive text messages from Pro-K-Logic, exactly what they agree to, what they will receive, and how to stop. Pro-K-Logic is a trade name (doing business as) of Kleerform Corp., Alberta, Canada.
Who receives these messages
Named receiving contacts at construction and industrial job sites — the people who meet a delivery at the gate. Each one holds a Pro-K-Logic account and has been added to a project by their employer. Messages are transactional delivery alerts only: a load is approaching the site, has arrived, has been delivered, is delayed, or has an issue. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
How someone opts in
Text messages are optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of using Pro-K-Logic or of any job, project or delivery. Every alert is also available by app notification or email, and a person who never turns texts on can use every part of the application.
Text messages are off by default. A recipient who wants them turns them on themselves, inside the application, on the Notification Preferences screen, by doing all three of the following:
- Select Text message as a way to be notified.
- Enter their own mobile number.
- Tick the consent box, which shows the full consent statement next to it.
Leaving the consent box unticked never stops anyone saving their preferences: their other choices save and texts simply stay off. Texts are only switched on when the box is ticked, and at that moment the exact consent statement and the time of agreement are recorded against that person.

Your mobile number
A mobile number entered for text alerts is used only to send the delivery alerts that person chose. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with the SMS provider that delivers the messages.
